Cambridge E-Bike Tour in partnership with Voi Mobility!

iconOur Cambridge tours are run in partnership with Voi, a leading micro-mobility rental company throughout the U.K. and Europe.

Your guide and Voi E-Bike will be waiting for you at the start location. We will also provide you with a helmet and a high-visibility jacket.

Please note that the E-Bike cost is not included in the price you pay today. You will need to rent your E-Bike at the start of the tour via the Voi App.

We advise all our customers to purchase a 24-Hour Pass which is priced at just £9.99. This will allow you to use the E-Bike for the duration of the tour and means the total cost of this experience is £9.99.  It also means you will be able to access E-Bikes and E-Scooters throughout the city for the remainder of the day!

For more details on our E-Bikes and how to download the Voi App, see “Additional Information” below.

Tour Description

Tour Highlights:
  • Round Church
  • Several Colleges of Cambridge University
  • Cambridge University Library
  • The Fitzwilliam Museum
  • King’s Parade
Tour Outline:

This tour is designed to offer a more scenic view of Cambridge. Have you seen all of the colleges and winding streets before? Why not explore the outer layer of Cambridge? Including gorgeous parks, spectacular river views and plenty of cycling!

Like all of our tours, we will start with a safety tutorial to bring everyone up to speed on the basics of E-Bike use. Overall, the majority of this tour route will be on cycle-friendly roads, roads with attached cycle lanes or independent cycle paths.

This experience provides an excellent alternative to the usual Cambridge tours. Allowing people to venture slightly further out and have a more complete E-Bike. It will include a quick detour into Central Cambridge and will finish around King’s Parade, but the majority of this tour will be based around the wonderful parks and green spaces that encircle the old town centre.

The tour will finish back in central Cambridge, where there is plenty more to explore and enjoy!

E-Bike Rental Cost Explained:

Please note that the E-Bike cost is not included in the price you pay today. You will need to rent your E-Bike on the day of the tour via the Voi App. This can be done when you arrive at the start location.

E-Bikes are normally rented on a price-per-minute system. However, we advise all our customers to purchase a 24-Hour Pass. This pass costs just £9.99 and is the most cost-effective way of renting an E-Bike for the duration of the tour! Your guide will be on hand to help you un-lock and purchase this pass before the tour.

This means that the total cost of the experience is £29.99.

Downloading the Voi App:

Ahead of the tour, you will need to download and set up an account on the Voi App. Please ensure your account has up-to-date payment information. We advise all our customers to input the relevant debit or credit card information before arriving for the tour. For more information on how to download the app, read our blog: “E-Scooter Rental Apps: What You Need To Know.”

All necessary information, including a link to the App Store and Play Store, will also be included in your booking confirmation email!
