London Changing Of The Guard Tour Itinerary:
The tour will begin in South London, where every customer will access their electric bike and be provided with a helmet (view on map). This tour will provide you with an incredible, unparalleled look at the Changing of the Guard Ceremony. It will also show you some of the most important and iconic Royal sights in the Westminster area. This tour will teach you all the most important history surrounding the Royal Family!
We will begin by heading to Westminster Abbey, where the very first King was crowned in 1066. Here, we will discuss the history of the foundation of the British Monarchy and why it has become such a world-famous phenomenon.
Next, we will cycle to the Horse Guards Parade where we will learn about the Changing of the Guard and who the soldiers are. Then our tour will follow the ceremony, witnessing different regiments in different locations. We will see elaborate uniforms, mighty cavalrymen and hear the music of the battalion bands! Enjoy all the pomp and ceremony of the Royal Guards first-hand with us! Along the way, we will see the most important and famous Royal landmarks including Buckingham Palace, St. James’s Palace, Clarence House and Westminster Palace!

For all of our electric bike tours, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
However, unlike our E-Scooter Tours, you DO NOT need a driving license to take part in one of our E-Bike Tours.

Our tours are planned to be as safe as possible. They use bike-friendly roads and cycle lanes wherever possible. The group capacity is limited to 10 customers. We also provide every customer with a helmet. For more information about how we make our tours safe, visit our Safety Page.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water and wearing comfortable (weather appropriate) clothing. Feel free to bring a bag, you can ride with a backpack or leave it at our start location.

Please note this is an outdoor activity, therefore we recommend bringing appropriate clothing for all weather. If it is raining or cold we recommend wearing comfortable footwear, a warm coat and gloves.
We may cancel if there is heavy rain or snow. We will only cancel tours if the weather makes for an unsafe riding experience. Cancellations on short notice due to severe weather (such as Met Office weather warnings, strong wind or heavy rain/snow) will come with a full refund or rearranged tour.
Customer cancellations more than 72 hours in advance will also come with a full refund or rearranged tour.

Absolutely! E-Bikes allow us to effortlessly explore large parts of central London.
On one of our e-bikes, we can go further and see more sights than most other tours. Plus, the electric pedal assist means you won’t get tired! This allows us to see even more than most traditional bike tours. In addition to this, London has developed to become an incredibly micro-mobility friendly city, with plenty of cycle paths and bike-friendly streets.

The nearest underground station is Waterloo station. It is also close to Lambeth North underground station and London Waterloo East station. The location and directions will also be provided in your booking confirmation email.

A basic level of cycling proficiency is required. However, our tours are specifically designed to be as safe and as easy to do as possible. So don’t worry if this is your first time cycling in London, the tour goes at a leisurely pace using cycle-friendly roads. There will also be plenty of breaks and photo opportunities. In addition to this, our e-bikes mean you can cycle without really getting tired! In the meantime, we recommend reading visiting our Safety Page.

Yes, we require all participants to wear a helmet whilst cycling to adhere to our safety requirements. We will provide helmets for all customers. You are also welcome to bring your own helmet.
