All of our e-scooter tours begin at Circus Place, Finsbury Circus Gardens, London, EC2M 7EE,
The nearest underground station is Liverpool Street station. It is also close to Moorgate station. The tour starts on the south side of Finsbury Circus Gardens, on the corner of Circus Place. The location and directions will also be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Unfortunately no, due to the nature of the current UK e-scooter legislature the minimum age requirement is 18 years old for all of our e-scooter tours. In addition, every member of the tour must be in possession of a valid provisional driving license. See below for details.

If you do not have a valid driving license then you cannot take part in one of our e-scooter tours. However, we do offer e-bike tours. All of our e-bike tours do not require a driving license. Check out our e-bike tours here!
You will access your e-scooter via the Dott Appon the day of your tour. When you arrive at the start location your guide will be waiting for you with your e-scooter. They will be on hand to help you access it.
Beforehand, you need to download the Dott App, create an account and ensure it has up-to-date payment information. We advise all our customers to input the relevant debit or credit card information before arriving for the tour. Further instructions are provided in our confirmation email.

Once you have booked a tour with ScooTours you will need to access the e-scooter on the day of your tour using the Dott App. This means you should download the App in advance and set up an account, complete with up-to-date payment information. The whole experience will cost £52.00. To book a ticket for the tour costs £40.00. Then, on the day of your tour, it will cost £12.00 to access your e-scooter.

On the day of the tour, your guide will provide a promo code that will allow you to access an e-scooter for the whole tour at a discounted rate. The total cost of your e-scooter rental will be £12.00. This means the total cost of the experience is £52.00.

E-Scooters are very safe to use, we will also provide an e-scooter safety tutorial at the start of every tour.
An e-scooter safety tutorial will include: 1) a full breakdown of the components of an e-scooter 2) a demonstration of how to use one safely from your guide 3) a practice opportunity in a quiet area 4) finally, a breakdown of the rules of the road.
All of our guides are experienced e-scooter users.
Yes, legally we are required to use e-scooters on roads and not pavements. However, all of our tours are optimised with safety in mind. Therefore, they primarily use cycle lanes and quiet streets.
We use minor roads and cycle lanes as much as possible. Therefore there is very little danger from cars.
Please note this is an outdoor activity, therefore we recommend appropriate clothing including comfortable footwear, a warm coat and gloves!
If you are taking an e-scooter tour, we recommend bringing a bag that has 2 straps and will not impede your balance. If you are taking an e-bike tour, all of our e-bikes come with a front basket to store any type of bag.
If there is very heavy rain we may cancel the tour.
